CPFs - Community Process Facilitators

The concept of CPFs emerged as a counter action to what KRC conceived to be an unhelpful conventional, often expensive method by which communities are made to acquire knowledge and skills (i.e. the workshop mentality). KRC criticises the costly venture it has been made and proposes a model that vastly cuts costs of community learning by picking on trainable individuals in the community code-named Community Process Facilitators (CPFs)
